Build the smallest product that can solve a verified problem, then improve it from observed use.

Define the problem with observed evidence

Interview prospective customers about recent behavior, costs, failed workarounds, and the moment they sought help. Avoid asking whether they like an imagined product. Past action is more useful than polite enthusiasm.

Pilot the outcome before the package

Deliver the first version manually to a small, clearly informed group. State what exists, what is still being tested, the price, delivery method, refund terms, and how feedback will be used.

Record the time required to deliver, common questions, completion points, support load, and reasons for refund or nonuse.

Produce around the difficult moments

Turn repeated explanations into lessons, examples, checklists, or tools. Keep the product narrow enough to maintain. Set a source-review date for claims that can change and a support path for buyers who cannot access the material.
